In more than 20 years of legal work, he has earned some of the largest verdicts in the country in pharmaceutical litigation, against the makers of such drugs as Phen-Fen, Rezulin, Vioxx and Bextra-Celebrex. He recently won a $3.64 million jury verdict in a rape and kidnapping case against the largest shopping mall in Texas and one of the country’s largest security companies.
