David P. Matthews

With more than 120 jury verdicts, David P. Matthews has put himself and his law firm firmly on both state and national maps. In more than 20 years of legal work, he has earned some of the largest verdicts in the country in pharmaceutical litigation, against the makers of such drugs as Phen-Fen, Rezulin, Vioxx and Bextra-Celebrex. He recently won a $3.64 million jury verdict in a rape and kidnapping case against the largest shopping mall in Texas and one of the country’s largest security companies.
