Trial Lawyers for Injured People
Jason C. Webster

Jason Charles Webster is a native Texan whose family has been in the Ennis, Texas area (near Dallas) since 1841, when the Webster family started the Bordwell Baptist Church. Jason attended Tarleton State University to play football. After two years, he transferred to Sam Houston State University, where he graduated with a degree in criminal justice. He attended law school at Houston’s South Texas College of Law, where he graduated at the top of his class. Jason’s father Joe Webster has worked more than 30 years for Union Pacific Railroad. Four generations of the Webster family worked for Southern Pacific Railroad before it combined with Union Pacific. All that family work history has made Jason a strong advocate of unions and workers’ rights.
Along with firm founder David P. Matthews, Jason has represented clients involved in numerous types of premises liability cases, including the 2007 Houston Galleria rape case. He has also prosecuted several medical malpractice cases. In addition, he has successfully tried and/or settled many construction accidents, 18-wheeler wrecks, and burn cases. When he’s not aggressively litigating for his clients, Jason enjoys hunting deer, ducks, and hogs, often with his father at the family farm.
